Limitless Minds Group (LMG) is a UK-based organisation specialising in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), disability inclusion, and professional development

Through our bespoke training programmes, inspiring workshops, and hands-on mentoring, we empower individuals, schools, and organisations to break barriers and embrace inclusivity

Our story

LMG was founded by Abdi Omar, an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) expert, motivational speaker, and dedicated mentor.

The organisation was created to address a gap in how AAC, disability, and inclusion are supported in real-world settings.

Too often, services focus on theory without lived understanding, or personal experience without professional structure. LMG brings these two together

Our Founder

Abdi’s Omar Role & Experience

Abdi Omar is the Founder of LMG and leads its mentoring, training, and consultancy work. He brings over 17 years of direct experience using AAC, alongside extensive work with educators, institutions, charities, and organisations across the UK.

He faced numerous challenges, not least navigating life with cerebral palsy and the early experiences of being voiceless. But instead of letting these challenges define him, Abdi embraced them as opportunities to grow and inspire others.

Through this journey, Abdi has cultivated a deep understanding of His work focuses on translating real-world AAC use into practical guidance, training, and strategies that can be applied in educational and organisational settings
